Vegetable Samosa Recipe

Produce

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/4 powder tsp Chilli, Red
  • 1 Chilli - 2, Green small
  • 1/4 powder tsp Coriander
  • 1 Coriander
  • 1 Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • 1 Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1 Onion - 1, medium
  • 1 Potato - 2, large

Baking & Spices

  • 2 cups All purpose flour/ maida
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Rava/sooji/semolina
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/4 powder tsp Turmeric

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Oil
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 Cashews - 5

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
